ABOUT ME

 

Hello, and welcome to McGhie Studio, formerly McGhie Photography.

First and foremost, I am a wife, a mother, and a dreamer. While I'm super proud to admit that I was nominated class clown in high school, I think my strongest attribute is that I'm a very forthright individual who will always stand up for what is right.

My love for photography started in 2005 when I went on a 17 day trip to Scotland. It was then that I began to research all of the components around photography & I have been hooked ever since.

My favorite types of pictures are candid shots that were in no way planned. As you can see, I am not a fan of being in front of the camera, so if by chance somebody does capture a picture of me, I'm usually being silly.

I love to laugh and be adventurous, so come on an adventure with me. At the very least, we'll crack up along the way.
